At Mosaic Crumb, our fresh roasted coffee is the perfect partner to your handcrafted sourdough. We source small-batch beans roasted locally and bring them to peak flavor—bright, balanced, and ready to pair with flaky croissants or a warm boule.
Tasting notes vary by roast:
Light roast: floral and citrus-driven, with bright acidity and a clean finish.
Medium roast: chocolatey, nutty, and slightly caramelized—great with sweet pastries.
Dark roast: bold, smoky, and full-bodied for those who like a deeper, richer cup.
Brew suggestions:
Pour-over: highlights delicate floral and fruit notes—use a medium grind and 200°F water.
French press: brings body and sweetness forward—coarse grind, steep 4 minutes.
Espresso: concentrate the roast’s sweetness and crema—fine grind, short extraction.
